Dedicated Server access for Private server owners

Please indicated if this game will allow server owners to create their own dedicated servers – the region im in is 170ms away from the nearest servers and purchased the game after seeing the dedicated files are available – only to find there are no configuration instructions – i have seen some setups for the older version of battlebit and it requires whitelisting your IP with the master server.

I want to check with you guys if private servers are going to be supported before getting a refund. – reasons for this are high ping and im only able to join servers where there is a language barrier (people don’t understand me and i do not understand them).
