Lucy was born in Glen Ridge, NJ on April 20, 1960 and was raised in West Orange, NJ. She was the daughter of Lucille (nee Buldo) and Daniel Ferrara. Lucy was a longtime resident of Basking Ridge earlier than shifting to Lake Hiawatha.
