Kidder Mathews Names New Executive VPs | News

Independent commercial real estate firm Kidder Mathews has hired Dan Dahl and David Gurry to serve as executive vice presidents in Seattle. 

Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Dahl and Gurry worked as a team at Colliers for nearly 17 years. Prior to Colliers, they worked together at CBRE for more than a decade.

“After the events of the last four years, we are prepared to capitalize on a market that stabilizes and recovers,” said Gurry in a press statement. “Kidder Mathews offers a strong, dynamic platform to help us maximize opportunities for clients.”

Dahl and Gurry have negotiated more than 1,500 leases and sales, totaling more than three million square feet and $2 billion in consideration. Their client base includes Invesco, PGIM, DWS, BlackRock, Carlyle Group, and Goldman Sachs, among others.

In other company news: Kidder Mathews is moving into a new space at the Class A tower with custom renovations and buildout. For nearly 30 years, it has been headquartered at Two Union.

And, since January 2023, Kidder Mathews has bolstered its team with 26 new brokers in the Pacific Northwest. It is also seeing record growth in Asset Services and Valuation Advisory, a release said.
