President Trump on Tuesday morning put pressure on the Justice Department’s Office of Inspector General’s to issue a report on whether the Obama administration took the proper steps as it investigated Hillary Clinton’s private email server.
“What is taking so long with the Inspector General’s Report on Crooked Hillary and Slippery James Comey. Numerous delays. Hope Report is not being changed and made weaker! There are so many horrible things to tell, the public has the right to know. Transparency!” Trump said on Twitter Tuesday.

The IG’s review, which started in January 2017, is looking at whether the Justice Department followed proper procedures relating to its investigation of Hillary Clinton’s private email server, and whether former high-level officials should have been recused from that investigation.
