Freddie Mac Announces Two New VPs of Seller Engagement

Eric Wilson and Jonathan Kunkle have each been named vice president of seller engagement for Freddie Mac’s single-family division.

Wilson, who will handle the East region, joined Freddie Mac in 2019, most recently serving as a senior director of sales for the Midwest region. Since that time, he led a team responsible for seller engagement across 400 Freddie Mac sellers in the region.

Wilson’s expanded role will establish goals and incentives to support corporate and divisional business objectives, while broadening relationships with sellers and key decision-makers. He has more than 25 years in the industry driving business development and organic growth for leading Fortune 500 financial institutions.

Kunkle, who will handle the West region, joins Freddie Mac from Covius Holdings Inc. (previously LenderLive Network) after more than 20 years of experience in roles at the company providing sales leadership, operational management, and technical and product oversight across residential mortgage origination, loan servicing and capital markets. In his new role, Kunkle will use these strengths and unique talents to lead and coordinate Freddie Mac’s continuous market presence and relationship management efforts in his region.

Both will establish strategic direction and provide the primary source of market intelligence and seller business perspective for their regions.
