Email Server Error: Running without stopping or showing error

Hi,

The email server is not sending mail or showing any error while running. It keeps on running, even for over an hour. The configuration used is as follows:

Email server : smtp.office365.com

Port no: 587/25 (both having same situation)

As per Biocon policy, the SSL/TSL must be enabled. When it is not enabled, the bot shows a Connection error message. PFA the screenshots and run log from CR. Kindly provide a solution for this.
