Announcing New NVMe Reseller Hosting Packages

I’m proud to announce we’ve placed our brand new Reseller Hosting packages (US) live that bring some exciting new features:

* NVMe Raid 1 Storage – NameHero was the first Reseller Web Host in the industry to offer SSD storage protected by Raid back in 2015 – and now we’re turning up our game – offering NVMe storage standard on all packages. This is a huge selling advantage to your customers – make sure you’re highlighting it!

* Increased Package Limits – We’ve raised disk space/account limits on all of our new packages to ensure you have the most resources to scale your business.

* Nightly Reseller snapshots – Our new infrastructure takes snapshots nightly of our Reseller nodes – meaning if disaster strikes – we can quickly WITHOUT having to run tedious rSync processes that can take DAYS to complete!

* Free WHMCS or Blesta – WHMCS stopped offering their ‘Starter’ license last year (with rumors swirling of a large price increase coming), but due to our relationship with them, we’ve been able to continue offering this at no additional cost on all of our packages (aside from Silver). Additionally, ALL of our Reseller packages have the option to choose a complimentary Blesta automation license if WHMCS isn’t for you!

* Always on DDOS protection – The number of inbound DDOS attacks have been on the rise, especially since the pandemic, therefore our new infrastructure includes DDOS protection that’s always on, ready to mitigate an attack in milliseconds. While CloudFlare and other WAF work well at mitigating smaller attacks, our always on DDOS actually monitors every single inbound and outbound packet for legitimacy – meaning it’s inspected even before it hits our network. This type of technology has rarely been used within our industry, especially without a heavy premium. We’re including it into all accounts.

* Redundant 20Gbp/s connections – In the shared hosting space, 1Gbp/s is mostly the standard industry wide with some hosts moving to 10Gbp/s (mainly for VPS). We’re proud to have redundant 20Gbp/s links across all of our hypervisors meaning more throughput and faster upload and download speeds.

* Dual Proc AMD EPYC & Intel Gold CPUs – In 2020 we began using AMD EPYC CPUs on our higher-end packages and are now very proud to offer these along with Intel Gold on all of our packages. With websites becoming more dynamic than ever, we want to make sure you and your customers have all the power they need, regardless the size of their website!

* Outbound email filtering – Nothing worse than getting your IP on a RBL meaning emails go to Spam / undelivered. This most often happens if you get a malicious signup / an infected WordPresss installation. All of our new Reseller hosting packages come standard with outbound email filtering – meaning these malicious emails never make it out – protecting your email deliverability.

* Improved Malware Scanning/Mitigation – Our new Reseller packages come standard with real-time malware scanning on uploaded/changed files as well as in-depth weekly scans. If detected, our automated system will work on mitigating/cleaning without breaking the website.

* Since 2015, we’ve always offered LiteSpeed web server on ALL Reseller Hosting accounts – and have continued to scale these adding unlimited workers to each!

My entire goal around starting NameHero was the ability to offer high-performing and reliable hosting packages at an affordable rate backed by Super Hero support. I believe this isn’t a “one and done” optimization either. Technology changes and grows daily, therefore we’re always evaluating where we can improve and make investments for our customers.

We’re super excited to get these packages live and enter this new chapter of our Reseller Hosting product! Make sure you’re FULLY taking advantage of these new features, highlighting them to your customers, as they’ll HIGHLY appreciate the added performance and stability you can offer!
