Rackspace email hosting service still in midst of ‘significant failure’ after four days

Rackspace Technology had not but, as of Monday afternoon, resolved a “vital failure” of its Hosted Exchange service that helps buyer emails that started on Friday. Thousands of clients have been unable to entry their email accounts in what the corporate referred to as a “safety incident.”

On Monday morning, an announcement from Rackspace reported that hundreds of clients’ Hosted Exchange companies had been restored, however there have been still many extra clients whose points haven’t been resolved.

Over 1,000 Rackspace workers have been mobilized to help with buyer help — a good portion of the corporate’s total workers. The firm has supplied free Microsoft Exchange companies for affected clients and reached out to each buyer by telephone or alternate email.
