Lulu Group to open 6 more shopping malls in UP; expects to employ 20,000

The Uttar Pradesh authorities has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with hypermarket and retail large Lulu Group to arrange six shopping malls and one resort in the state.

Uttar Pradesh MSME Minister Rakesh Sachan signed an settlement with the Lulu Group in Dubai on Tuesday to arrange the shopping malls and resort, in accordance to an official launch.

As per the MoU, Lulu will arrange shopping malls and hypermarkets in Noida, Varanasi, Gorakhpur, Ayodhya, Kanpur, and Prayagraj with a complete funding of Rs 4,500 crore.

The shopping mall venture in Sector 108, Noida will even have a five-star resort.

The new funding by Lulu in Uttar Pradesh is predicted to present employment to more than 20,000 folks after its completion.

The MoU was signed in the presence of Narendra Bhushan, Principal Secretary PWD, and Ashraf Ali M.A., Executive Director of Lulu Group, in the presence of Rakesh Sanchan in the course of the UP Investment Roadshow.

The Uttar Pradesh authorities is encouraging buyers from Dubai to make investments in hospitality, infrastructure, meals processing, agro and meals safety, and actual property sectors.
