Stop Outlook 365 for Mac from deleting inbox mail after 30 days on M2 MB AIr?

On my new 2022 MacEbook Air M2 (OS 12.5.1 Monterey), in Outlook 365 for Mac v. 16.65, my private IMAP electronic mail account [email protected] deletes inbox emails after 30 days. I’m utilizing the Old, NOT the “(*30*) Outlook” choice. How do I flip this off. All Google searches say go to Outlook > spotlight/ choose (inbox) folder > proper click on > then choose ‘Properties’.

As you’ll be able to see from the connected screenshot, there isn’t any ‘Properties’. The Deleted folder had been set to delete after 30 days, I simply turned that off till I can get this resolved.

I’ve at all times used Outlook to view my electronic mail on my Macs and have been utilizing subscription Office 365 for Mac for a number of years.
My area internet hosting service, Go Daddy, dropped electronic mail assist for my sole proprietor enterprise electronic mail internet hosting and required me to enroll for an Exchange/Outlook 365 (electronic mail) Account. After this I had issues getting my emails on all my units (desk high, MB Air, iPad and Samsung telephone). I appear to have that found out. The situation I’m making an attempt to unravel now could be that for my private IMAP comcast.web electronic mail account, the Outlook 365 for Mac app deletes my comcast.web inbox emails older than 30 days. Before I used to be required to get an Exchange/365 electronic mail account for my enterprise electronic mail handle this previous summer time, and previous to getting my new M2 MB Air, Emails remained in my inbox on my machine till I manually moved them to a historical past folder. The inbox for my new M’Soft enterprise trade electronic mail handle has emails again to 2020.
