As a consequence of the implementation of the EU’s Central Securities Depositories Regulation (the “CSDR”), 2020 Bulkers Ltd. (the “Company”) has immediately carried out the register of helpful house owners of its shares stored by DNB Bank ASA (as nominee for Euronext Securities Oslo) in Euronext Securities Oslo (the VPS) as its department register underneath Bermuda legislation. As such, shares previously recorded to DNB Bank ASA (as nominee for Euronext Securities Oslo) within the Company’s register of members are actually recorded to the shareholders registered in Euronext Securities Oslo, permitting such shareholders direct shareholder rights within the Company. As such, the Company has ensured its compliance with the modified registration regime for registration of securities with a central securities depository following the implementation of CSDR in Norway and the approval of Euronext Securities Oslo as a central securities depository thereunder.
