UAE healthcare firm Burjeel Holdings plans listing on Oct 10

DUBAI, Sept 26 (Reuters) – Abu Dhabi-based hospital operator Burjeel Holdings plans to promote an 11% stake in an preliminary public providing that may record its shares on the emirate’s change, the corporate stated in an announcement on Monday.

Burjeel stated it plans to supply about 200.4 million new shares, whereas the promoting shareholder, VPS Healthcare Holdings PVT. LTD, plans to promote about 350.3 million current shares.

The providing begins on Sept. 30, and closes on Oct. 4, it stated, with a listing deliberate for Oct. 10.

The firm has a community of 39 hospitals and clinics throughout the Middle East and India.
