Fashion Tenants Lease Offices in Building Where WeWork Was Born 

A trio of tech-forward style firms will open flagship workplaces at Eretz Group’s 177 Lafayette St., which was renovated by Eretz Group following the departure of WeWork, which was born in a nook workplace of the constructing again in 2010.
