AIMS: Telecardiology is without doubt one of the most widespread purposes of telemedicine. We aimed to report the design and improvement of a telecardiology system within the sanitary district of Cosenza, one of many largest in Italy, with a posh orography, and healthcare reorganization wants, for the administration of the emergency community and each day scientific apply.
