SANDNES, Norway - 9 February 2022 Reference is made to the inventory alternate
announcement printed on 25 January 2022 by Horisont Energi AS ("Horisont" or
the "Company") concerning a completely underwritten subsequent offering (restore situation)
to be carried out by the Company (the "Subsequent Offering"). The Subsequent
Offering comprised as much as 769,230 new shares (the "Offer Shares") within the Company,
every with a nominal worth of NOK 0.01, at a subscription value of NOK 65.00 per
share.  

The subscription interval expired on 8 February 2022 at 16:30 (CET). The Company
has acquired legitimate subscriptions of 1,272,527 Offer Shares. A complete of 438,625
Offer Shares might be allotted primarily based on exercised subscription rights and
330,605 Offer Shares might be allotted primarily based on over-subscription in accordance
with part 5.9.3 of the prospectus dated 24 January 2022.  
 
Notifications of allotted Offer Shares and the corresponding subscription

The due date for cost of the Offer Shares is on 11 February 2022 (the
