Southwest Airlines now offering 6 nonstop flights between Milwaukee and Florida

MILWAUKEE — Southwest Airlines is now offering nonstop service from Milwaukee Mitchell (*6*) Airport to Destin – Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS), in Florida’s panhandle.

VPS is positioned exterior Fort Walton Beach, between Pensacola and Panama City.

The flights will likely be accessible each Saturday from June 12 via Aug. 14.

This comes after Southwest launched service between Milwaukee and Sarasota/Bradenton (SRQ), south of Tampa.

Also on Tuesday, Southwest stated it’s changing its Saturday service between Milwaukee and Fort Lauderdale (FLL) to each day nonstop flights beginning April 12 and via June 5. Those Saturday flights will proceed till Aug. 14.

The Dallas-based airline now gives six nonstop flights between Milwaukee and Florida airports.

It’s promising information for the airline trade as an entire, as corporations put together for summer season holidays, as extra folks obtain the COVID-19 vaccine.
