Notice of Annual General Meeting
Notice is provided that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will likely be held at 2.00pm (AWST) on 28 May 2021 on the workplaces of Steinepreis Paganin, Level 4, 16 Milligan Street, Perth 6000, Western Australia.
The Explanatory Statement gives further data on issues to be thought-about on the Annual General Meeting. The Explanatory Statement and the Proxy Form are half of the Notice of Annual General Meeting.
The Directors have decided pursuant to Regulation 7.11.37 of the Corporations Regulations 2001 (Cth) that the individuals eligible to vote on the Meeting are those that are registered Shareholders at 5.00pm (AWST) on 26 May 2021. Shareholders registered within the VPS should be registered shareholders at shut of enterprise on 20 May 2021.
