Barbara “Rusty” Smith handed away on Sunday morning April 18th, 2021, surrounded by her household and family members. Born in Glencoe Oklahoma, she grew up within the nation and graduated from Glencoe High School. Growing up she loved driving horses and cherished nothing extra then to cover somebody the place quiet to learn. She went on to attend lessons at Northern Oklahoma College, the place she studied medical science. As a younger grownup she moved to Savanah, Georgia the place she met the love of her life, Jim Smith. She and Jim returned again to Oklahoma in 1959. Barbara began a profession at State Beauty Supply of Stillwater, buying the shop in March of 1965. She was well-known and cherished within the Cosmetology group, operating her retailer for 40 years. Barbara’s abilities had been many nevertheless she is most recognized for being an avid quilter. She is survived by her beloved husband Jim Smith; her brother David Hesser; her three youngsters, Marie Bishop (4 youngsters, 10 grandchildren), Scott Smith (4 youngsters) and Rob Smith (daughter) and quite a few nieces, nephews, cousins and mates.
